First Bank is taking strides in the digital banking field to build a better banking experience for you. We are upgrading our platform for digital use that will include an easy-to-use interface and effortless direct interaction with First Bank bankers. Along with viewing your accounts, transactions, and making payments, some of the new upgrades include a fresh look, new innovative financial tools, and ease of use within our platform. The switch is taking place on July 18th, 2023. We will be explaining how to access the upgraded platform within this article.

It is important to note that if you are already a current user of First Bank’s digital banking, you do not need to re-enroll. Your original login information will stay the same and qualify you to access the upgraded material.

On July 18th, 2023, the platform switch will be complete. It is important to note how to access the new information. The process will look the same for online access and mobile devices. On or after July 18th, if you are wanting to access the new platform through your computer, head over to and click Account Login, and then Login. This will prompt a username and password. As mentioned above, this login information does not change if you have been active within the last six months. A confirmation email will be sent to your email on file. Navigate to the email and enter the verification code that is present in the email. Remove all bookmarks or pins to the old online banking, and save this new site to your favorites.
If you want to access the new platform on your mobile phone or other mobile devices, head to your app store and search First Bank IA Digital Banking. Download this app to your device. You will proceed with your login information. A few important things to review are setting up new alerts and reminders, confirming eStatements, and reviewing internal transfers between accounts. Now you are all set up to begin using the new First Bank Digital Banking Platform!

There are many features that will be added to the digital experience – both online banking and mobile banking. There is easy access to your current credit score along with helpful solutions to improve it. Another addition is the Financial Insights. This toolbox will act as a customizable dashboard to access your important financial information all in one place. Some of the important information will include adding outside accounts, checking account balances, viewing recent transactions, and creating budgets. Coming soon to the Digital platform will include direct and efficient communication with your First Bank bankers. Digital Banking Conversations will be used to answer questions, resolve situations, and problem-solve with the help of your bankers!

Our new digital banking platform will be available across all of your devices and perform seamlessly. You won’t have to worry about possible fraudulent logins. The platform requires a two-factor identification login. Other login security features can be made including facial recognition and touch ID. It is important that your banking information is secure.
